We have established ourselves as an authority at a national level with the media and numerous public and private entities operating directly and indirectly in the seafood supply chain. This includes distribution, Food Service, the Ho.Re.Ca. circuit, and all related activities from logistics to equipment and certifications. Furthermore, we have become highly specialized in project design at regional, national, and European levels, with a significant number of active projects primarily aimed at creating networks and value within the seafood supply chain.

Intrigued and fascinated by the technology behind food production and how stimulating it could be to contribute to the creation of innovative food products, I decided to graduate in Food Science and Technology. Subsequently, the needles of my compass pointed me toward a new route that would also become my life’s professional mission: becoming a “fishologist”!

As a child, I thought I was a Pisces, a sign that has always fascinated me, and for this reason, I decided to study Veterinary Medicine. Initially, my dream was to become an official food inspector, but it was at the Milan wholesale fish market where I fell in love at first sight with what has become not only my passion but also my profession: the seafood sector.

Communication and marketing

My passion for the gastronomic world pushed me to undertake a Master’s degree to deepen my knowledge of this sector in all its facets, from product to communication. Among the many areas I am exploring, the seafood sector immediately struck me for its complexity and potential. At Eurofishmarket, I am collaborating on corporate communication for the website, social media, and magazine, and actively participating in projects that combine research, dissemination, and innovation.
