We offer professional seafood sector training and refresher courses, both in person and remotely, on numerous topics related to the seafood supply chain, including:

  • Hygienic-sanitary issues and systematics;
  • Seafood product labeling, traceability, and tracking;
  • Use of additives;
  • Regulatory updates and administrative and criminal sanctioning systems;
  • Nutritional, environmental, ethical, social, and gastronomic aspects, etc.;
  • Enhancing counter products, recipes, cutting, waste optimization, and product finishing;

We also organize training events in collaboration with other partners, CME for various professional categories, panels, and round tables.
